Rush Delivery:

No mould or tooling charges for exact repeated

Less than Minimum
Charge (LTMC):
Minimum quantity for each order is 300 pieces.

Pre-Production
Sample:
Sample freight on buyer’s account plus applicable
additional charges, sample quantity 10 pieces. |

Design Change
or Cancellation:
Any design change or cancellation happens there
will be a request for a charge based on costs that
incurred at the time. |

Return:
Any items to be returned, has to be either causes of quality reject
or others that have been agreed upon by both parties. |

Samples:
Sample delivery shipping cost will be handled as “collect”
mode. |

|
|
Quotation:
Large quantities or large sizes will be quoted on an individual
basis. |

|
|
Trademarks:
Logos and trademarks pictures seen in this website are for illustration
purposes only. The factory assumes that customers are authorized
to use logos and trademarks submitted for production. Precision
Patch and Pin Inc. assumes no liability in copyright disputes
or infringements. |

Country
of Origin:
Federal law dictates that any imported item bears the mark of
the country of original manufacture. This mark will be stamped
on the poly-bags or on the back of the item. |

|
Tooling:
The preparation of molds, trim tools, piercing tools, screens,
and films are services and remain the property of Precision Patch
and Pin Inc. Preparation charges listed when offer sent. All molds
will be kept on file for a period of two years, unless prior arrangements
have been made at time of order. |

Packaging:
All items are individually poly-bagged, unless otherwise specified.
A wide variety of packaging fashions are available please call
for further details. |

Shipping:
All orders are shipped UPS ground, unless other arrangements have
been made. All orders are FOB Alta Loma, CA. Split shipping is
available at a cost of $10.00 (V) per additional address plus
all UPS charges that applies. |
